Strength Training

Strength & Conditioning is Staten Island Muay Thai’s signature HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) program. Our classes are designed for men and women of all fitness levels aiming to reach their full warrior-potential.

We implement primal and unconventional tools such as kettlebells, battle ropes, TRX, bodyweight, steel mace & steel clubs to burn fat and build muscle- FAST. Each class is designed to strengthen and condition the body by shocking the system with speed, agility and quickness drills to develop explosive strength and burn up to 1,000 calories in 60 minutes. Classes are targeted to enhance strength, speed, mobility, flexibility and endurance as well torch fat and build muscle.

You can expect to be lead through intense workouts and guided toward long term success through personal assessments and nutritional guidance. SIMT is well-known for its sense of family, comradery and getting sweaty. Our Strength & Conditioning program amplifies that.


If you or your child are age 16 & up you/he/she can participate in our Strength & Conditioning program.
