Also know as “The Gentle Art”, the focus is primarily on ground fighting, grappling, and submissions.
High intensity interval training to build and improve strength, stability, and mobility for everyday life.
The purpose of Staten Island Muay Thai is to create strong individuals that are disciplined and confident. We believe that every student, and every person that walks in our doors has unlocked potential. People just need to be believed in.
We offer a variety of programs. Staten Island Muay Thai has a full Muay Thai program for ages 5 and up. In addition, we have a complete Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program (No Gi) for adults with Black Belt level instruction. Our Strength and Conditioning program runs regularly helping build functional fitness. The Muay Thai program goes from beginners to advanced fighters. Our Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu programs are perfect for those interested in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA).
